Thomas Bowman VA Deputy Secretary

Thomas Bowman: Does VA Dep Sec Pick Have Any Skeletons In His Closet?

Thomas Bowman VA Deputy Secretary

President Donald Trump finally nominated the first Deputy Secretary to serve as #2 behind Secretary David Shulkin.

What we do know is he served in the Marines. He presently serves as the staff director for the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee. Prior to that, he served inside VA under both Jim Nicholson and James Peake.

It seems obvious that Bowman’s selection is a deviation from past selections, which tended to sprout from the private sector. Instead, Bowman’s deep ties within VA and the Senate may be a signal that Secretary Shulkin intends to move policy quickly through Senate channels, at least more so than previous administrations.

“I applaud President Trump for his wise choice to nominate a veteran of our armed services to this important role,” Isakson said in a statement. “Tom is an extraordinary asset to our team, and his experience in the military and past years at the VA has been invaluable. I know he will bring the same passion for serving our veterans to the VA.”

Anytime Senator Isakson supports a move related to VA, America should at least take a moment to evaluate the option presented. Isakson also attempted to demand retaining former Secretary Robert McDonald before any of the presidential candidates were even selected by their respective parties.

We know he served 30 years in the Marines and is a lawyer. We also know he served in leadership inside two different VA administrations that both were engaged in gutting VA.

What else can we find out? Should we be surprised about Shulkin’s announcements over the past month concerning cutting veterans benefits and whole sail privatization of the agency?

Vietnam Veterans of America, et al. v. Central Intelligence Agency, et al.
    Case No. CV-09-0037-CW, U.S.D.C. (N.D. Cal. 2009)

In this class action, the Plaintiff class seeks declaratory and injunctive relief only – no monetary damages – and redress for several decades of the U.S. Government’s use of them as human test subjects in chemical and biological agent testing experiments, followed by decades of neglect, including:

    •the use of troops to test nerve gas, psychochemicals, and hundreds of other toxic chemical or biological substances;

    •the failure to satisfy their legal obligations to locate the participants of experiments and to provide them with notice of what they were exposed to and what the possible health effects may be;

    •the failure to follow their legal obligations to provide medical care to test subjects for health problems related to the experiments;

•the failure to release the test subjects from oaths of secrecy.

The Complaint asks the Court to determine that Defendants have a duty to notify all test subject veterans and to provide them with medical care going forward.

    1. @Seymore Klearly, so this guy was the consulting attorney concerning FOIA requests and in class action lawsuits. Clearly he does not have the transparency to disclose evidence when requested concerning government actions that damage military personnel and others. This is shocking that he was selected. I wonder with his selection that the va expects more lawsuits and more FOIA requests. Great job at researching.

  2. Just because he is a veteran doesn’t mean he isn’t a, “I got mine and screw you veteran. My daddy don’t want to pay another 100th of a mil in taxes.”

What has Senator McCain done for veterans besides being a focus point as a POW with some disabilities? Former Senator Dole?

As far as I can tell and they did was take care of bankers and professors including a few private schools.

  3. Near 3,000,000 disabeled vets and 3,000,000 opinions. That’s part of the problem.
If we ever got on the same page one voice. We’ve be mighty strong and maybe we
could make a difference. There’s strength in numbers but they must be unified.
We need a leader who will lead us stand up for us and unite us.
We need a modern day Randolph Scott. Or maybe John Wayne.
Start by giving us medical cards to see doctors of our choosing and meds.
These doctors will also perform comp and pens. After all they will have our medical records.
Then shut down the va hospitals and safe lots of money.
We are the police of the world. We should compensated as police. Give us a pension.
Get all those countries we protect to kick in some money. Especially those oil rich countries.
We can fund other countries but we did not have money for our vets!
    Somthing is wrong here.
    That’s it for now. That’s my 2cents.

  4. Tom Bowman turned his back on his fellow veterans plight a long time ago. Just wait, you will see.

He is NOT a guy who will be able to offer much to help to FIX THE DAMN BROKEN VA:

    1. Recognize the problems inherent in the VA are SYSTEM-WIDE, not just limited to a few locations.

    2. Fire all the Lazy No Good Workers. Fire EVERY single AFGE/SES Employee.

    3. Sell off all the VA facilities. Alternatively, they may be converted into housing for homeless veterans.

    4. Issue all veterans a card that allows them to choose their own doctors within their community that they can TRUST.

    5. The United States Government will PAY those doctors promptly (Within 45 days) for the care they provide veterans.

    6. ELIMINATE the “Federal Protection” Umbrella for incompetent QUACKS that the VA sends to other states to practice other than their own. Going to practice in Hawaii? You need to be LICENSED in Hawaii. Same applies to all other states.

    7. Any claim a veteran submits that requires more than 90 days to adjudicate, is automatically found to be in favor of the veteran. If a claim filed by a veteran is found to be a false one designed to scam the system, the VA will have to prove in civil court that a false claim was intentionally submitted.

    8. All veterans will be allowed to seek/retain the services of a Veterans Rights Attorney from their first initial contact with the VA.

    9. No AFGE, nor any other Labor Union business will be allowed to take place in any Federal Workplace. Conducting Union Business during working hours will be STRICTLY PROHIBITED, and will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. Should any government employee be found violating this provision, it will result in IMMEDIATE LIFETIME DISMISSAL FROM ANY/ALL GOVERNMENTAL EMPLOYMENT.

    10. Attorneys for appeal will be retained at the former employee’s PERSONAL expense. U. S. Taxpayer’s will not be subject to payment of legal bills for incompetent personnel with regards to Governmental Employment.

POTUS Reagan broke up PATCO in the ’80’s. Time for POTUS Trump to break up the AFGE. Most of our current Congress Critters do NOT have Veterans Interests at heart. Perhaps their replacements will. VOTE OUT all these WORTHLESS INCUMBENTS.

Give their replacement’s one term to take care of Veterans who put aside their own personal lives to answer this nation’s call when she needed them.

If they cannot MUSTER THE STONES to do it properly – – – vote their worthless asses out as well. Party should NOT MATTER. What SHOULD MATTER is their VOTING RECORDS ON VETERANS ISSUES.
NO Combat Veteran should be surprised when the next McVeigh or Congressional Baseball Team Incident occurs. Bound to happen. Just a matter of time . . .

We have now reached the next accelerative phase of our country falling apart. Country before Party. Principles before Personalities. Always.

Want to REALLY get the VA fixed? The next SecVA needs to be a former Enlisted Man with a serious axe to grind against the VA and the AFGE. Apparently these West Point graduates and Chithead Civvy’s can’t cut the mustard . . .

    Disgruntled Veteran

  5. Anyone who thinks what Shulkin said “VA Compensation incentivizes disability” just needs to be fired. We veterans don’t need that type of person in charge of our compensation. It’s like that idiot who was trying to tell vets to forgo compensation in order to start a business. OK so he’s a republican and he should be aware since it was forbes magazine that published the article that says 90% of business start ups fail. Then 1/3 of all other businesses fail within 5 years. So about 95% of all businesses fail. So why exactly should a disabled veteran play that game? Probably because by the time the veteran wants the compensation the VA can deny it easier because of the time that passed.

  6. @Crazy elf, now let me get this straight… privatization is choice? I almost had choice.. the money ran out. Somehow a billion dollars disappeared in less than two months in the choice program, and I don’t know anyone who used it. In Birmingham, St. Vincent’s hospital, 8 blocks from the VA, they advertise choice. They wouldn’t let me use it. I find it so hard to believe that anyone could believe that the VA is here for Veterans. It’s all about THEM.

  7. All I have found so far is; Mr Bowman wants, fewer maternity services, fewer cancer Doctors, and more privatization. More privatization seems to keep coming up. Perhaps that’s their plan. If so, what happened with choice? I put Cox and Bowman together and went to one of Ben’s post. When speaking for the VA, what does privatization mean? Ok, I’m not very bright.

    1. Jo3n,
The “Choice” monies will disappear into someone’s pocket! “Wait for it!”, as namnibor always warns!
I’ve noticed met any vet who’s been allowed to use Choice!

    2. @Crazy elf, @Jo3n – – – This Choice Program seems like it has a lot of monies wrapped around the edges that are unprotected, and freely flowing for some reason. Is this true? Help me to understand. Thanks.

  8. Interesting article to google and read:
“Skip VA medical system, just give vets credit cards: Jerry Donnellan” June 27, 2017 lohud.com part of the USA Today Network

  9. I am so tired of the mantra we need veterans in the VA. Every Sec. except this current one was a veteran or worse a disabled on and nothing changed. On the Claims or Healthcare level its the same a vet becomes a VA employee that is who signs his/her/its check. Lets get competent people, some with integrity and honor and being a Vet does not make that so.

    1. Placing perhaps prior enlisted Veterans instead of former Officers would be a welcomed change. That’s what a lot of Vets would like to see…not an Ex-JAG officer, whom *never* have the person’s interests at the fore and it’s generally the soon-to-Veteran that feels the blunt end of the JAG boot in care of other ringknockers, Inc. Time for a change and place a real leatherneck, ex-drill sergeant in charge of VA….you will see real change, especially if the ex-drill Sgt. has a major bug up his ass from the way VA has been treating his fellow ex-ENLISTED….the Officers, sad to say but true, are as indifferent as the VA.

Change in approach and stature in the ranks is sorely needed. (that of course does not exclude an ex-enlisted Veteran from fraud and abuse…but pretty sure you get my drift)

      1. @Namnibor – – – Yeah, roger that. We need more of theenlisted in the VA homeland facilities across this land. No excuse for the abuse. Thanks, but I got my own drift going all this place man. Sorry to say, but I can’t afford any drift nor do I want to get involved with any one’s drifts. May be have this stuffs repackaged, then take that there good idea Buddy, and my friend, why don’t just seller right at the front door, Nationally networked of course, all through the spread of the VA Medical Centers and Clinics. That’s my advice, I dunno?

  10. Off Topic but important.

Congratulations to James Okeefe at Project Veritas on another excellent Video release.

“American Pravda: CNN Producer Says Russia Narrative “bullsh*t””
by Nicholas Evangelista June 27, 2017

The first in a series of undercover film journalizing exposing the Main Stream Media for what it is.

    1. Seymore,
I saw that “undercover video” by “Veritas”! Very Interesting that CNN admits it’s “…ALL for ratings”!
Did you see the “heated exchange” between the White House Press Secretary, can’t remember her name, today with one of the “Very Fake News Media reporters?”

      1. CNN= Clearly Not News. CNN= Cupcake Nitwit News

I also heard something today locally where Black Lives Matter want their own Independence Day and are denouncing July 4th, America’s Independence Day.

If you any of you plan to be at any fireworks or parade events in this coming weekend, be careful out there because it’s again, protest season. BLM’s new tactic is hijacking and closing down existing parades and events…and hi-way ramps. I have rather new tires with great treat to be tested. 🙂

  11. VA canned a whistleblower yesterday, one day before the Accountability Law went into effect. I have to wonder how many more whistleblowers got canned yesterday.

  12. It’s a bit scary out there. I keep seeing changes, but none of them have much to do with the problems the VA generates for Veterans. Is it possible that we don’t really know what Shithead is up to? I know I don’t. About Bowman; Like always, Seymore Klearly comes through. I will start there. The oversight committee on Veterans affairs, is definitely against us. Sen. Shelby, who occupies a seat, has never replied to any requests from any Veteran I know. He’s definitely part of the Swamp. God Bless the Veterans…

  13. To fix the VA’s Problems in the Network of What Ever is Distributed, Relocated, or Transferred (we will refer to this as “MONEY”), can be easily segmented, tracked, and then find and perform a way to truly recognize the MONEY. Then once this MONEY is identified, there needs to be a method to count and or measure the MONEY, a basis or formal way to trace fluid movements of the MONEY. Along with the MONEY, whatever needs to be additionally monitored, or tracked through the distributional webbing of the VA, will require ingenuity to find, fix, and then test, to see if any recent changes applied to the movement of MONEY, are properly directed that it creates the normal flow of the MONEY.

    1. Dam, go figure. I forgot to add, “I found this in a VA Comptrollers 3-Ring Notebook and Binder.”

  14. Y’all ain’t gonna believe this article!
    From; “hotair.com/headlines”
    Titled:
“VA Employee defrauds government for $100K in unearned wages!”

    By: “Jazz Shaw”
    Posted at 10:41 13am on June 27, 2017

Once y’all have read it, take note of what was written in the last paragraph:
Quote: “If the Secretary can’t get this situation under control perhaps it’s time to get somebody in there with a fresh perspective!” Unquote…….
The whole article isn’t nice to VA Secretary David (“Shithead”) Shulkin!

    1. @Scott nelms;
My last comment, re: the VA THEIF who stole $100K from taxpayers and disabled veterans!
Wouldn’t you not agree that thief, along with all the other thieves as VA employees, would be a great place for “Tom Bowman” to start having the DOJ to prosecute?
But, from what Seymore has uncovered, I do believe that ain’t ever gonna happen! I believe Tommy is going to fuck over veterans! Just as all the other reprobates and asswipes at VA are happy to do on a daily basis!

      1. Proof the VA requires a massive audit:

“[…The Veterans Affairs Department’s Office of the Inspector General found last week that a former research investigator with the department abused the wage and official time systems, claiming thousands of hours of work when he was being compensated elsewhere.

The office said the employee, whose name has been redacted from the report, only showed up to the Oklahoma City VA health care facility for 30 of the 409 workdays between his hiring in April 2014 through September 2016. And on many of those days, he was working at Johns Hopkins University, earning a total of 1,374 hours’ worth of dual compensation from the government and the university.

So this wasn’t a case of a guy who was shaving a few hours by stretching out his weekends now and again. Only working 30 out of 409 days that you billed the government has to be some kind of record. (Though Huma Abedin may have come close in that embezzlement scandal she managed to avoid prosecution for. I’d have to check.) Skipping 379 days of work may be blatant fraud, but it’s so breathtaking that you almost have to admire the chutzpah. Then again, maybe it turned into one of those George Costanza stories from Seinfeld? The guy was just never there so nobody expected to see him and the bean counters were so used to seeing his hours being reported that nobody bothered to ask?

The bigger question here is… how does this keep happening? I really do try to have some sympathy for and patience with David Shulkin, the new VA Secretary. He was a holdover from the Obama administration but he’s seemed to fully accept his role as the messenger for the current president’s agenda, not his own. He’s gotten on board with cuts to staffing in Washington where required and more accountability with increased ability to fire misbehaving government workers. But still we seem to keep seeing these problems cropping up over and over again.

Is this specific to the VA for some reason or are we only catching more people because they’re under so much scrutiny? I’d always assumed that all of the departments were doing regular audits where such things would be caught, but is that really the case? So many of these sorts of problems take place at the granular level of human resources management that you can’t really expect Shulkin to be in there checking everyone’s time cards all across the country, but… come on, man. Eventually there has to be some accountability. If the Secretary can’t get this situation under control perhaps it’s time to get somebody in there with a fresh perspective.]”

  15. Well there you have it, another selection from the selected, that we’ve got to select to cancel. Press the pound sign to end this post. Thank you. – – – The Nutter Factory.

    1. Then leave his body to rot in the shower with the other Veterans at the VA Sunshine Healthcare Network where he retired from.

  16. It seems there’s some well deserved negativity against Mr. Thomas G. Bowman.
Just because he was a Marine, and a JAG, Officer doesn’t matter much!

    To: Mr. “Scott nelms”
Your opinion of “tommy” isn’t really influencing us! As a matter of fact, it looks as though “Seymore Klearly” has put the ‘Kabosh’ on your little darling!
His past will come back to bite him on his ass!
Being under President Clinton, in the capacity he was, isn’t a very good reputation. As a matter of fact, it shows exactly what kind of person he really is. The illegal and immoral acts committed by both Clinton’s are a testimony, in my opinion, of things to come by Tommy G. Bowman!

Everyone is wondering WHY President Trump can’t find people to hold anyone accountable at VA. The answer is simple, no one wants a “Black Mark on Their Resume!” NOT being able to “fix VA’s uncontrollable criminal interprise” is what will be their resume – PERIOD!

  17. The president has the opportunity to designate a special investigator/prosecutor and clean up the VA once and for all. Izakson want to cover up his mishandling of his committee’s investigation VA abuse to veterans.

    1. That is how I feel about Bowman. He has been there this whole time just sittin back watching us get screwed over and over. And apparently, has done NOTHING to help. So what makes anyone think he will do any better now??!! I personally don’t think that ANYONE that has been in VA mgt. should EVER be promoted to higher up. That just gives them a bigger office, bigger chair, and more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to rack up on, while we keep getting LESS and LESS. Thanks. my humble opinion, again.

  18. To best describe Thomas G. Bowman – He is a whitewash Nuclear Option! Get ready for some major negative changes and major coverups coming out of the Department of Veterans Affairs. From his history, he clearly does not give a shit about active Military personnel and I am sure he even cares less about Veterans.

Under the Clinton Administration, in September of 1999, he retired from a 30-year career in the Marine Corp into a position as the Senior Counsel for the Committee on Government Reform. One of his first coverups had to do with the DOD’s involvement with what happened at the Branch Davidian compound in Waco Texas April 19, 1993. When Four ATF Agents and 82 Branch Davidian men, women, and children died.

From his Committee report written December 28th, 2000. Not only was it a Holiday Weekend by at a time when the country was still not sure of who our next president was going to be after the contested election.

From his report, the DOD not only provided air support, 10 special forces operators, hundreds of incendiary 40mm grenades and hundreds of High Explosive 40mm Grenades. The DOD was unable to account for the total number used.

    See:

    Senior Counsel Thomas G. Bowman
    At: “ftp://ftp.loc.gov/pub/thomas/cp106/hr1037.txt”

Highly recommend reading this coverup Document.

Another of his earliest coverups has to do with the anthrax vaccine. I would point out that retired from the Marine Corp and started working as the Senior Counsel for the Committee on Government Reform in September of 1999. That was the same month that, then, President Clinton signed his Executive Order to no longer require informed consent waivers for enlisted personal being given experimental Vaccines. Clinton had also mandated anthrax vaccine vaccinations for all active duty personnel in 1998.

Executive Order 13139 of September 30, 1999, titled “Improving Health Protection of Military Personnel”

More on Thomas G. Bowman involvement on this subject is available but complex to write would take some time if anyone is interest would be happy to share.

    1. Hey, Seymore,
SHARE IT! Use ALL your computer savy to tell all!
We need to help ourselves by learning more about Tommy G. Bowman!

    2. @Seymore Klearly – – – Looks like my post was sort of a precursor of the contents of you post.

    3. As always Seymore Klearly, thank you for the time & dedication you take to research.

    4. Seymore, Just catching up with my reading. In regards to this Bowman guy coveving up the Waco fiasco. In skimming the huge congressional report of 2k pages including images and attachments, what exactly did Bowman cover up and where is that referenced in this massive report? I missed it in my skim. It looks like he was one of a dozen or so attorneys as well as many others who worked on this very long and very detailed investigation.

      Thx,

      Jack

Here is a partial list of the lawyers and others involved pasted from the report:

      Kevin Binger, Staff Director

      James C. Wilson, Chief Counsel

  19. No excitement included with this announcement, only a name. HUGE PROBLEMS currently occur within the VA Networks. Areas have been exposed earlier, and many times. Why no mention of what this person is going to change in the VA, and to oversee the movement of those below him in rank as these goals are achieved?

An announcement that stirs nothing, only hope. I’m sure, that with the VA’s past employment, legal, or Veteran issue(s), that the VA could of listed something the gentleman is going to do now that he has been selected. A more impactful announcement would focus on integrity and truthfulness. VA is definitely lacking in these areas.

Like medicine, trial and error, a wait and see type of situation. Alrighty there, we’ll just have to wait and see what the Number 2 Guy at the VA is going to do

My VA PCP was shot. With a breath of fresh air this morning.

Caveat- All statements are just that, written statements with no live human or live human actions involved. Like VA, only for Entertainment Purposes. Stand by for further review when someone gets a bead on the matter of the Great VA. – – – Nutter

  20. I personally know Tom and have seen him several times this year as he is from the Tampa Bay area. He is already getting a bum rap from these comments. Let’s give him a chance instead of trying to find dirt on him. I am aware of none, he is a widower losing his college sweatheart a few years back. He was a Jr combat Marine Officer in Vietnam. He has told me several stories of his tour only because I was also there as USAF pilot and we were sharing war stories and his eyes teared up as he mentioned losing 9 marines serving under him. He also lost his college roommate/best friend who was in the same unit. He is not a career VA guy and should be a friend of the Vets. I am a Thai Vet, the group that is not even recognized by congress to have been exposed to herbicides. He has spent a lot of time with me and getting e mails and info from me about the inequities of the Thai vets and herbicides.

He had plans and 4 tix to the Military inaugeration ball in Jan. (a big deal for anyone in the military past or present) and was looking forward to it Shortly prior to it, he was at one of the military hospitals outside of DC for some medical purpose. He was sitting next to a severely injured young marine who had been there a long time recovering from some very serious combat injuries. Tom struck up a conversation never stating his position, just inquired about the marine and his heatlh. He found out the marine’s wife and parents were flying in to see the inauguration. The kid was very excited that he was getting to go with his family and stand (in his case sit in a wheel chair) in the crowd. Tom had asked the kid his name. Once he finished his medical appointment at the hospital, he went into the administation office and talked to someone in charge. He told them he wanted to give this young marine his 4 tickets, but anonymously and did. They included VIP seats for the inauguration itself as well as to the ball filled with top brass, medal of honor winners, and so forth. Not many “insiders” as he is being called would have done that. He is anyting but a DC Fat Cat as some are already calling him.

He was retired here in the Tampa area when the Vet Affairs chair called and asked him to serve as his chief of staff likely because of him being both a former combat officer and a JAG and also a very smart personable guy. Had he not had been a fairly recent widower, I seriously doubt he would have taken the Senate position, nor this position.

    1. @Scott nelms – – – Hey, may be what many need to know is, “What is Tommy going to do for Veterans by reforming or reorganizing what within the VA? I’m being straight out civil in making is asking this question. And, I don’t know nor have I read anything about Tommy. I’d say, disperse this type of information, and this would present Tommy in expressing to Veterans and their Advocates, what Tommy is specifically going to do. That’s what I’d do.

      1. Grammar errors. I may start to only use a few words per comment. Dang nab it, then I end up posting more comments.

      2. Nutter, . No one person is going to fix the VA in short order. It is such a huge mess in so many areas, like many of our government programs such Obamacare. Congress is finding out there is no easy fix to Obamacare nor is there any easy fix to the VA.

What would you do to fix the VA’s many problems?

      3. @Sky Pilot: A very good start would be to get rid of the AFGE/SES. Next would be to throw every VAOIG investigator, in prison, for the rest of their natural lives, for covering up the wrongdoings of those, who have cost Veterans their lives, through neglegence, or criminal acts, along with the perpetrators.
Then we can start down the road of lessor crimes, and holding quacks accountable.

Are you seeing anything difficult about any of this?

You can also reference James Clements, multi-part solution posted almost bi weekly. No questions, only intelligent solutions.

        Later Gators -!¡¡!-

      4. @cj- When firing everyone of those VAOIG, replace each one with a VA Whistleblower that’s been fired and completely butthurt about the VA. THAT should get the ball rolling and maybe some heads rolling as well.

      5. @Sky Pilot – – – I realize that the VA is messed up, full of mother fuckers that don’t give a dam about the 22 lives that we lose every day to suicide. Or, how these bastards use manipulation on Veterans, and then there are others that we previously awarded monies, and then the VA stabs them in the back, makes the Veterans repay these monies that were previously rewarded to these Veterans. Hey, they are good people at the VA. I think I’ll ask for a sit down, and try to schematically line out what needs to be done to fix the VA.

Sky Pilot, want to join us for lunch? You pay. SP, it would take many pages to write down what I’d do to try to fix that VA. I’d ask many others who know a lot more about the VA than I do.

    2. @Scott nelms, do you talk to this Thomas Bowman often? You have to realize that this blog has members that have been injured, harassed and denied earned benefits from members of the va. The skeptical attitude is justifiable and deserved because of Benjamin Krause and his team of journalism investigators. They have uncovered injustice many times within the va system. You see we cannot just take an individual at their word because we have been promised much and delivered so little if any in the form of justice.

I would like very much to believe in a new legitimate leadership without corruption and criminal activity. The Department of Veteran Affairs has yet to prove this blog wrong. We do have opinions as everyone else does and others can voice their own opinions as well. They can freely comment on any article as we do. Your friend may have shown kindness to a disabled Veteran and that act alone does not make one above corruption and deception. If you would like to share how this individual intends to improve va services or have him contact this blog directly that maybe of some interest to individuals who have knowledge of corruption or someone who is interested in correcting a corrupt system. Just an idea and an extension of courtesy.

    3. The reason the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) doesn’t care about governmental corruption (judicial, executive, legislative) is because they are also in fact, completely and totally corrupt.

It appears that their main job is to protect the wealthy elite Deep State Oligarchs/Plutocrats, while nailing to the wall free thinkers, political dissidents, patriots, soft targets, opponents of the oligarch elite, and other real or imagined targets.

  21. Not Johnny Isakson pronounced , “Eyes a sack of shit son”. That bow legged , armored belly girdle wearing, hooked nosed aardvark will agree to anything. It is a shame when you have people that have been at the VA, that happen to be veterans get used for political purposes. What I mean is using their title ” Marines” as a way to settle people down. If you had a Marine or any other veteran , aka Army , Navy Air Force person in charge, you would not have all that fuckery going on period. VA is not equivalent to any aspect of military services. It doesnt even compare to the MEP station you go to to sign up. VA needs to be expunged of the flabbergasted fat fucks that are wasting serious resources that veterans need.
ISsackson needs to be ashamed of himself looking like a retired elephant from Monty Pythons flying circus.
Ebola britches Shulkin just needs to shut the fuck up with all his bullshit looking like Greg Brady on crack.

    1. I would like to see Isakson have his Parkinson’s Disease treated at the VA. I bet he would change his tune on how best we be treated. But NOOOO, he gets that GREAT Medical care of elected officials. I will always say that Congress and the Pres. should have the SAME Medical care that all the rest of America gets. My Humble Opinion. I have had this idiot as my rep. for too long.

  22. *ANYONE* that has served on Senate veteran Committees, and -2- past VA Administrations has *at least* 22 Veteran Suicides A Day Skeletons in their proverbial closets. All hands are bloody until this swamp is safe to swim in. It’s not currently even close to being safe, so ALL hands are stained with blood from their deceased and turned-away veterans in their closets.
(There’s also a likely chance of actual real skeletons in their closets/showers…of the forensics kind) 🙂

    1. @Namnibor – – – Many times I forgot to post about our daily 22. To choked up. Thanks Nam.

  23. Anytime Senator Isakson supports a move related to VA. I fall of my stair master and think of what he said. he didn’t want any bad publicity, why would he care, doesn’t bringing things out in the open change things and make his job easier…. and whoever he supports makes my antennas go up, and I’m not even a martian.
As for Thomas bowman I don’t know about him neither, if he’s been around those turds before, you start smelling like them, look at McDonald didn’t take him long to get stench-ed up and he was supposed to be a outsider… I have no faith in the system anymore.

    1. OLDMARINE,
Sorry to inform you that Old McDonald was already “stenched up” long before he became the Secretary of VA!
Look up what he did as CEO of Procter and Gamble! He was basically FIRED!

      1. Crazy elf……I didn’t know that, thanks for the info….I guess they hire crooks only ..LOL

  24. I’m all for giving a NEW person a chance at a new job. However, and a BIG H-O-W-E-V-E-R, is the FACT that Thomas Bowman has been part of the VA leadership herd of hacks that have ignored MANY problems while they warmed a deck chair on the V.A. Titanic, including the Phoenix VAMC Waitlist Scandal, and MANY MORE top hits over just last 8 years.

I’m learning quickly that just about anytime Isaacson just LOVES something or someone, it’s usually all about maintaining the shitty status-quo. I hope to be wrong but when lower VA turds are lifted within the bowels of the VA Swamp to become permanent top floaters in the administration, and floaters that have been there through thick corruption, this is more than likely just Shulkin bolting-down the V.A. Titanic’s deck chairs.
That military dot com article states Bowman would likely get rid of many maternity and cancer services at the VA with emphasis on private care.
Again, I may be wrong but it seems Bowman is yet another VA bean counter ring-knocker and Veteran or not, if Isaacson loves the man, it’s enough to be concerned about. What this means essentially is there’s a zero chance Isaacson will be flying-off his morning Stairmaster with bad news with Bowman at the Bow of the V.A. Titanic. 🙂

    1. @c – – – Hey bro, what’s going on? Lately been a little avoidy or something like that. Are there more trolls upon us? Did one of our own turn their back on their own? A traitor. A slimy scum, removed by 151 Rum. Light that Rum in the shot glass made of clear glass, and drinker straight down and all at once my good friend from Ben’s World. Got your breath, pseudo asphyxiation. LOL – – – Nutter.

      1. @ANuterVet: Not avoiding, haven’t been feeling well. Will break out the tin cans and string soon.

  25. Ask Mr. BOWMAN IF IT IS SAFE TO KEEP PRIVATE SCHOOL STUDENTS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO WAR TORN VETERANS DIAGNOSED 100% PTSD AND TBI?!
THAT IS WHAT’S HAPPENING AT DVA, WLA, .CA, AND IT WAS A “HOME” FIRST! SO, MR BOWMAN, WHO GETS TO “KICK ROCKS”?

    1. Those students may learn something from those veterans.

Ptsd and tbi does not make a veteran a threat to anyone. With treatment they can maintain just like you.

Should they be afraid of you !

Tell us some facts of veterans with ptsd and traumatic brain injury hurting anyone after being treated.

Tell the va to stop denying care to these veterans and giving them a cocktail of medication that screws them up.

      Blame the veterans nice !
