I wanted to take time today to reflect on Memorial Day and what it means to me. It means that we have another 364 days of the year to remind America that war ain’t cheap, and, freedom ain’t free.

For this holiday, my family and I are going to drive over to Ft. Snelling National Cemetery (Minnesota) to really reflect on what it means to be alive in this country today. Before we go, I wanted to leave you with some great quotes from two historic presidents followed by classic Facebook quotes with pictures from the veteran community.

I’d like to point out that VA only quotes a small part of that and leaves out reference to “God.”
