Congratulations Ben and Gretchen, a perfect mothers day gift.

  2. Scathing internal Pentagon report states that Cerner’s mew MHS Genesis system isn’t “operationally suitable”. The April 30 Operational Test and Evaluation report recommends that the undersecretary of defense for acquisition and sustainment delay further roll-outs, improve training and focus on fixing the highest priority defects that could present serious risks to patients.

A decision to restart the program likely wouldn’t come until the end of calendar 2018.

“MHS GENESIS is not operationally suitable. Users rated system usability as “not acceptable” and their ratings decreased between Go-Live and IOT&E, indicating, contrary to expectations, that more experience with the system did not improve usability. Training and system documentation were insufficient to overcome usability problems and sustain operations. DOT&E used COI 3 to determine operational suitability.”

  3. Congrats baby, Ben and Gretchen!

Citizen/Indy vet reporter here: … news, since the world doesn’t slow down or stop. Enemies never sleep. Won’t put orally reported news for all to see on the net or for public consumption outside of Indiana. While we are censored like crazy.

WTWO NBC news, May 4 2018 (no links to be found) talking heads reported IKEA is giving the *new “twenty thousand” MORE refugees that just landed in Indiana and Indianapolis new bedding, beds, etc. That is twenty thousand MORE. Poor things reportedly came here with nothing and can get nothing, no state or local support or any kind of aid. HUH?! Say what? Liars. So they are living in the streets but given bedroom goodies?? Get real. Guess the sheep are that stupid to believe this. Years back ol’ Mitch Daniels then governor announced during his time that thousands of new social workers were hired to handle the influx of immigrants, illegals, and coming refugees. He “likes Mexican money.” Unquote. Phone numbers had to go to dialing the new ten digit phone numbers because of running out of numbers and massive increase in population in some areas of the state.

News wants us to believe they are allowed in here to sleep on the streets with no help from the state but totally dependent on churches or groups like “Exodus of Indianapolis/Indiana.” What a pity party web page they have with zero info. A group of foreigners who think we should shut up and just focus on their agendas and not worry about ourselves or veteran issues. Open borders for all, to hell with us Americans. We must change our worries, concerns, country, culture to suit all of them. Our flag and Constitution is evil. To think otherwise is racist or hate. So apparently Trumpster’s boasting and chatter is just that… chatter and facade while important issues like Vet care is ignored, censored, censoring rampant, and Indiana DACA has shown Trump and Congress to be lying over that issue too. Since here they are already legal, given professional status to work at the VA, and more. Nice move politicians and media… liars. While they claim to be debating DACA issues in DC… the DACA agenda has already won the war.

Yep, got my reasons for posting this. Guess we Americans or vets have nothing to protest or complain about. All others along with their agendas must come first, we must bow down.

God help future generations and those going to attend public/state education, get hooked on Hollywood/media, or misled in commie colleges.

    Good day!

Numbers are actually worse than that. But let’s bring in thousands of others to put on the government pay doll, free stuff, and can’t speak English, that hate us.

  4. Congrats and an idea for recycling, Benjamin, that’s eco-friendly: Save all those toxic diapers so we can set them on every out of line VSO, AFGE member’s front doorstep, set filled diaper on fire, knock door, and scram!!

RAND reports ^^that^^ is the lessor known IED- Improvised Explosive Diapers.

(seriously, save those for future mayhem or just mail them all to AFGE Pres. David Cox))

    • Good idea. Hmm, you did that stuff too. lol

Got sign frames to try and build today before heat hits.

  5. Congratulations to you, Gretchen and a healthy baby girl!

Have fun for the next ????? amount of years!

  6. “Cats in the Cradle” Ben. Harry Nilsson’s song of fatherhood contains more truth than I now care to admit. I was lucky enough to be “Mr. Mom for the first 18 months of my oldest son. I would not trade it for anything – then or now. Our second came along and it was career time. I was physically gone a lot. When I was home I wasn’t around much either. I know – hindsight is 20/20. Once they hit 10 ish it seems like their next birthday is 20, then 30. In short – I missed a lot that I’ll never get back.

We know you are passionate about what you are doing with DV.Org and your practice. I don’t think any of us would mind a couple less posts per week. Hold that child close. You’ll be amazed what they can teach you. And savor it all.

    2 cents from the bleachers.
